    Back house in Rose Park with private patio and own entrance. We are looking for the right person who wants a quiet back house in Rose Park. We would consider a pet as long as they are quiet and mellow. Prefer a single person, no couples. We are a couple in our late 30s with a mellow chocolate lab. We have laundry in the main house that you could use once a week or there's a laundromat a few blocks away. We can't give you a guaranteed parking spot but street parking is only difficult at nighttime and there's a spot you could use sometimes. Great location and convenient to transit, 4th Street, and the beach. Unfurnished. Patio has enough room for chairs, table, and bike. Own entrance in alley or you can use the side entrance to access the front street when needed.
