The open living room, dining area, and kitchen have an abundance of natural light and modern amenities with floor-to-ceiling views of the Chesapeake Bay. LIVING ROOM: Curl up with your favorite book on the couch, or enjoy a lovely meal at the farm table. THREE BEDROOMS + LOFT: The master bedroom boasts a queen-sized memory foam mattress, plenty of closet space, and French doors that open to the living room. On the same floor, the junior bedroom includes a full-sized bed, dresser, and small closet, and the children's bedroom has two twin-sized trundle beds. The upstairs loft is the perfect entertainment space with a couch. KITCHEN: The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials for your culinary needs. From our six-top gas stove to our overhead microwave and Bosch dishwasher and large refrigerator/freezer, we have all the modern equipment in your new kitchen. Prepare your next gourmet meal all while enjoying the gorgeous view! BATHROOM: The cottage has one large bathroom with a shower and vanity. No smoking allowed. Small pets allowed for an additional fee. Utilities paid by renter. Typically run 300 for water and BGE. Wired for comcast internet. Propane gas tanks that need to be filled at Sneades hardware store every 3-4 months. Best if you have your own truck for transport.
