Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. No weapons or drugs allowed; police will be called for violating this rule. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. There is a maximum of 2 pets allowed (40lbs combined), excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our verification portal.
