Bike and umbrella rentals are available downstairs on the Boardwalk. Washer and dryer facilities are available on each floor for a fee of $2 per load, payable by app. Two complimentary parking spots are provided per reservation. A pet fee of $100-300 based on stay length applies for dogs only (max 2 pets, 40lbs combined, no Pit Bulls, Bull Mastiffs, or similar breeds).
