About the House: - 5 bedrooms, 3 full baths - 3,000 square feet - Large backyard with a deck and walkout basement - 2-car garage with tools/workshop/gear storage - Central air conditioning and heat - Plenty of room for parking/storage - Lots of space for WFH About the Environment: - The room is on the first floor and will share a bathroom with one other person. - There is currently 4 guys in the house. We enjoy staying active whether it's through sports, mtbing, skiing, or hitting the gym. We all like to travel- some upcoming trips include Mexico, Crested Butte, etc.. There is also a German shepherd in the house that we all love!
