Failure to maintain the landscaping will result in the renter being charged the cost of services from a gardening company selected by the owner. The owner will only cover repairs for major appliances such as the AC, stove, refrigerator, and washer/dryer if the issue is due to age-related malfunction. Any other repairs, or issues not caused by normal wear and tear due to aging equipment, will be the responsibility of the renter.
