The environment is clean and quiet. - Pets including dogs and cats will be considered. The large fenced yard accommodates them well. Currently no other pets reside in the house. - The available space can be furnished at no extra cost. - Parking in the attached garage can be arranged for an extra fee, and there is plenty of parking on the large driveway and on the street. - The fenced large landscaped yard contains mature trees, plants, sitting areas, etc. - Kitchenette includes a full-size refrigerator, stove, and microwave. - Plenty of storage space in the house. - Large stockpile of firewood is available to use.
