It is less than 10 minutes from Universal, 20 minutes to Disney, and 10 minutes to International Drive (Wet and Wild, Monkey Joes, Chuckie Cheese, etc.) It is located in Dr. Phillips right next to Bay Hill, the site of the Nestle Invitational, and Isleworth where many of the Orlando Magic Players and several other celebrities reside. It is five minutes from the prestigious "Restaurant Row" which conatains about a dozen or so 5 star restaurants. Schools are Excellent, and have educated Johnny Damon, Wayne Brady, The Back Street Boys, N-Synch and several others. The neighborhood is very quiet and the back yard is a private paradise filled with Palm Trees and an extremely refreshing school in the summertime. The front yard has several mature trees, and is inviting. The home is block construction and the roof was replaced during the "Hurricane Charlie" era. The home is not located on a major street in the neighborhood, so it is very safe for the neighborhood children to play. The Florida Room provides an excellent view of the outside and pool area, and is a fantastic place to relax and take a break from the sun while still getting to enjoy the view of the outside. Both bathrooms have been recently remodeled and have updated cabinets and new tile flooring. The main living area of the home is tile, and berber carpet. Most of the ceiling fans are renew, and all appliances have been updated as well to Stainless Steel. Being an older neighborhood, the lot is significantly larger than some of the newer homes in the area and there is plenty of space for a swingset, private garden, tiki bar or whatever suits your taste. 04/16/15
