There is also a storage shed in the large, fenced in backyard. We have a strict No Pets and No Smoking policy. We are not currently set up to receive HUD vouchers at this time. In order to be considered, we will be looking at applicants with a household annual income of at least $50,000 per year. Proof of income will be required after your application is approved.
