The master bedroom is downstairs and has a huge wood burning fireplace in it! The duplex has a small deck off the kitchen and backs up to green space and a very small picnic area. The property is in the process of being remodeled and is super clean. Stove, dishwasher, garbage disposal and refrigerator are included. Freshly painted, some new flooring, all new lighting, some new windows, FULL DISCLOSURE: We just purchased the property in January, and have not been able to paint and fix up the exterior of the duplex. THE MINUTE it gets warm enough, we are painting the unit, adding shutters, and power washing the deck. *SINCE WE ARE REMODELING NOW, THESE PICTURES ARE FROM THE UNIT NEXT DOOR. THEY ARE VERY SIMILAR TO WHAT THIS UNIT WILL LOOK LIKE. Tenant responsible for all utilities and we provide mowing. 1 year lease--up to 2 small pets (dogs and cats) allowed.
