Two living rooms--one upstairs and one downstairs. The duplex has a small deck off the kitchen and backs up to green space and a very small picnic area. The property has been remodeled and is super clean. Stove, dishwasher, garbage disposal and refrigerator are included. Freshly painted, some new flooring, all new lighting, some new windows, FULL DISCLOSURE: We just purchased the property in January, and have not been able to paint and fix up the exterior of the duplex. THE MINUTE it gets warm enough, we are painting the unit, adding shutters, and power washing the deck. It looks a bit run down at the moment (on the outside) but we are hoping to get it painted by the end of March at the latest.
