I hope that one day, when my son graduates from college, he'll be able to live here too although that's a long way off since he's only 12! I recently remodeled the bathroom and added some wonderful upgrades, including a smart toilet and a rain shower. I've put a lot of care and attention into making this unit comfortable and beautiful. Rental Details: No rent increase for the first 2 years, even if we initially sign a 1-year lease. Utilities: Internet and SCE (electricity) are the tenant's responsibility. No cigarette smoking. Tenant is responsible for changing the air filter every 3 months. Please treat the home with the same care and respect you would give your own.
