Several additions have been added to the home which allow for a larger living room area and somewhat open concept. The kitchen has been updated recently with bamboo flooring, a cast iron sink, stainless steel appliances, and brand-new quartz countertops. The home is located in a central location less than 5 minutes travel to US-36 and the light rail station at 92nd & Sheridan. This home is also handicap accessible via the front entrance and has updated electrical. The added area off the living room makes for a convenient open work from home (wfh) space. The basement has been remodeled with egress windows (so true bedrooms) and has a nice secondary living room area great for a more private space for whoever is living downstairs. Renter is responsible for all utilities. I prefer no pets, dogs are not necessarily a deal-breaker, no cats. I would need to meet the pet(s) beforehand and I will charge a $35/month pet fee. Non-smokers only. No sub-leasing (i.e. trying to rent out other rooms in the house) is allowed. You must apply through Zillow which will run a background and credit check; this is very important.
