The house is freshly moved into, has been cleaned often. No issues with the house, it has new appliances and no damage. It is a 3 bed 2.5 bath, huge open living room and kitchen. Nice fenced backyard. Two car garage. Washer and dryer hookup. Pictures initially shown are from management website and new pictures will be added soon. The house is very new still and pictures are very accurate, only change that has been done is the master bedroom was painted black. Since the house is already leased you will **not need to pay a deposit** just prorated or your first month's rent, and the utilities for the month you move in. To take lease over new applicants are added onto lease and old applicants are removed. There is a fee per person added onto lease. Questions about criteria please reach out. Current utilities are 150-160 for Georgia power. Water, trash, gas etc all added in with rent total up to 180-200. Internet 300mbps $65 a month att fiber. Renters insurance is required but fee if not acquired is 14.95. Smart home fee is 19.99.
