You don't have to get out in the snow or rain if you don't want to! The back yard also has two sheds, one having electric ran to it and both sheds do remain. This home is in the flood zone, but has not flooded or even held water in the yard since 1997. The owner currently pays $500 yearly for flood insurance. The living room TV mount does not remain.
