Heating and cooling are great. The neighborhood is very good with educated and good families. We have just changed new microwave. The front is nice space for gardening which many town home does not have. Walking distance to grocery and other shops and gas. There is walking trail behind the home. There are parks and famous trails. There are 3 outdoor swimming pools and one indoor pool with hot tub and gym in the community you can use. Also can rent the party room in community.
