LEASE TERM The lease term shall begin on the agreed move-in date and continue for the agreed rental period unless terminated in accordance with this Agreement and applicable Kentucky law. 3. RENT & UTILITIES Tenant agrees to pay the monthly rent as stated in the lease. Excessive or abusive usage may result in additional charges where permitted by law. 4. SECURITY DEPOSIT A security deposit is required prior to move-in.
