We are looking for 2 individuals to share a 2-bedroom plus loft and 2 -bath townhouse in Van Wyck Meadows community. One individual can have a private use of the master bedroom with two walk-in closets and a master bathroom with a shower and a jacuzzi. The second roommate can have a private use of the second bedroom with a single closet, a smaller bathroom with a shower/tub and an additional room located in the loft, which can be utilized as office / storage, etc. The roommates will share a furnished spacious living room with a fireplace, access to a furnished deck, a laundry room, and a half bath. The townhouse has two tandem parking spaces in front of the townhouse and ample additional parking located in numerous visitor parking areas throughout the community. Roommates (tenants) will be responsible for their prorata shares of rent ($1400 each), gas and electric charges. The water and internet/Fios are included and paid by the landlord, who retains the right to use the basement and garage ON WEEKENDS ONLY. All furniture included in the photographs (area rugs, artwork, patio furniture) is included in the rental.
