Set in Northern Tucson near Oro Valley a private fully furnished one bedroom Mother-in-Law suite. It is in a small a quiet neighborhood next to plenty of amenities. The Casita has its own private entrance and has its own private bedroom, large living room, bathroom, and kitchenette. The laundry room and backyard are the only shared space and is equipped with HE washer and dryer. There's a private entrance from the suite to the laundry room. There is plenty of free parking on the quiet street. The kitchenette has dishes and utensils, full size fridge and freezer, pantry. Small appliances include a toaster oven, microwave, coffee machine, and dual hot plate. There is not an oven or stove. The living space is large and private with a tv, pullout couch, and recliner. The bedroom has a queen bed with linens and plenty of closet and drawer space. The private bathroom even includes towels. Leasing from three months to twelve months with option to renew. No indoor smoking or vaping, but allowed outside as long as buttes are thrown away. If you have a pet there is a non refundable deposit per animal ($600). Only small dogs that are people and dog friendly are allowed. No aggressive breeds (pit bull, pit bull mix, Akita, etc) per insurance. Cats need to be fixed or do not spray. Please, do not pet sit or adopt an untrained dog or cat while renting. Tenant must do everything possible to prevent cats from scratching the furniture and dog or cats from soiling the carpet. I'm willing to work with you just contact me. The lease is flexible and I only need a 30 day notice to move. There's a an administrative fee for your application and background check that is listed under administration fee ($60). You can get a copy of the reports once complete. Property is available May 16th (prorated). Per HOA, you cannot have a trailer, boat, or RV parked in front of the house. Also, if you have pets you must pick up their waste immediately throughout the property and neighborhood or there is a fine.
