Owner is using the ADU/Garage and storage sheds. Parking, please park on the east left side of driveway, in single file. Owner will park in front of garage and use the right west side of circle drive. I will allow one small dog 25 lbs or less if needed, no cats as the owner is allergic. Professional carpet cleaning is required upon leaving. NO SMOKING in the home, I am allergic to smoke and cats. Please use all natural cleaning supplies. This home location is very quite at the end of the cul-de-sac. Great star gazing as solar ranches does not use any lighting or street lights. The south facing covered porch with outdoor furniture to enjoy the views. Lease term is October 10, 2026 to June 30, 2027 for 1 yr lease which can be extended then. NO smoking allowed in the home, owner is allergic to smoke and cats, no cats. One small dog can be considered with professional carpet cleaning every 6 months and upon leaving.
