Even though the remodel was some years ago, this condo is as cute as can be with granite countertops and stainless appliances and dark wood floors and a great bathroom. Newer washer and dryer. Small balcony that is functional for enjoying the outdoors. It lives larger with its open plan, vaulted ceilings and great use of space. One tenant even said "That storage area is huge!". I laughed, nothing is quite huge in this place. Two skylights add wonderful light.
