The utilities are all included in the monthly rent (HVAC, electricity, water, trash/recycling and high-speed internet/WIFI). There is a good-sized living room with three storage closets as well as a large walk-in storage area under the stairs. This apartment has two bedrooms with walk-in closets, a full kitchen with a dishwasher, a new stove and a new microwave. In the kitchen, there is a door leading to your own washer and dryer. The bathroom has a long vanity under a large mirror and includes a bathtub with a shower and a comfort-height toilet. We offer two off-street parking places. There are outside lighted stairs that lead to the apartment. You would have your own lighted entrance and deck with wrought-iron furniture. We like to have a renter in the apartment who will watch over our home. You may use the large, elevated deck and screened gazebo when we are away. The lease will be for 12 months with monthly extensions thereafter. At signing, we ask for a one-month security deposit and the first month's rent. Singles, couples and retirees are welcome.
