Great location, thanks to God we didn't flood during Hurricane Harvey 2017. My little family and me been living here since it was built in 2016. We love the open concept of our kitchen to the dining room and family room. The rooms are not too big but big enough for kids and the master bedroom is just big enough for a couple it also have it's own full bathroom and walk-in closet with access to the attic. Garage big enough to fit 2 small or medium sized cars. Everything is electric in our home, we have water filtration through out the whole house. Pest control services every 3 months, inside and outside the house. Termite bait control around the whole outside of the house, security system through out the whole house. Overall we feel blessed to call this house our home
