It's a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 1311 sq ft, two story home with: - central gas heating - central air - gas fireplace - washer/dryer - stainless steel appliances - dishwasher - granite countertops - 1 car garage - driveway with 2 parking spaces (rare for the area) - master bedroom has attached bathroom - landscaped backyard (sorry, the pic shows garden beds but they're no longer - but you're welcome to build some!) - 8 minute walk to the Max - half that to Kenton Park - minutes to the I-5 freeway Additional details: - luxury paint in soft, neutral colors (shown in the picture with the window trim) - carpeting throughout the upstairs (bedrooms, stairway, landing and hallways) - beautiful farmhouse style window trim throughout - premium, energy efficient blinds that pull down from the top or up from the bottom (they're so cool) Your furry family members (dogs and/or cats) are welcome here for a small pet deposit fee. Also, not to brag but we've been voted "Best Ever Landlords" by our current tenants! :) We pay the recycling/garbage and tenant responsible for all other utilities (electricity, gas, water, internet, telephone, security, cable, etc.).
