Two story, with "shed" roof (shallow pitch in back, steeper in front), On a slab with cinder-block 1st floor outer walls, aluminum siding on outside second floor, two bedrooms up -one with half bath (VERY handy), each bedroom has a large dormer in front. Interior is wet-plaster with cove ceilings (all painted) on first floor, mostly paneling on the second floor walls. House has a smaller enclosed front porch (not original to house) and a good-sized utility room on a slab (also not original to house). You can roll a wheelchair right in the front or back utility-room doors, and the whole ground floor has full access, except (at the moment) to the toilet.50'x 250' lot- room to expand in back. A couple of the smaller neighborhood kids were walking by one day, and they asked me if I lived there. When I said "yes", the one said it almost looked like a small farmhouse, and the other thought it looked like "a cute cottage". I agree with both!
