This small 3 bedroom second floor Portage Lakes apartment has a large kitchen with fridge and stove and a door to a deck...living room and bedrooms have new carpet. the property is treed and has extra parking in the large front lot...a first floor shared laundry can be accessed at the back of the house.The rooms are a nice size, but the apartment is not really big enough for a sizable family. It's better suited for a single person or couple. Please read lease terms. Apps are $20/person unless turned in with sec dep to management co then fee is waived. Please also let me know what your situation is. Tenant pays all utilities- gas, electric, sewer, trash- Pets allowed but $150 extra sec dep + $40/mo per pet- local landlord shows property but management co does all else. Preferably no pets since downstairs apt has no pets
