This small 3 bedroom second floor Portage Lakes apartment has a large kitchen with fridge and stove and a door to a deck. The property is treed and has extra parking in the large front lot...a first floor shared laundry can be accessed at the back of the house.The rooms are a nice size, but the apartment is not really big enough for a sizable family. It's better suited for a single person or couple. All utilities are extra...gas, electric, sewer trash. There is no ac as Zillow has listed. Pets are not permitted by the management co. who collects the rent and provides the lease. The apartment however, is shown by the owner Credit and background checks are completed when apps ($40/person) are turned in to management co. Also, you are welcome to drive by, of course, but please respect the first floor tenant's privacy by not approaching the building. I would like to know your situation as well. Only those who give info will be answered. Thank you. Tenant pays all utilities- gas, electric, sewer, trash- Pets not allowed in a duplex. Local landlord shows property but management co does all else.
