Our home is a lovely 2 story with elevator, recent painting up and down, updated of all bathrooms, walk in bathtub in Master, as well as a shower, new carpet upstairs, across the inside road and higher up so never floods from the lake. New garage door in 2015. Hardi plank was installed on the exterior to preserve the the exterior and paint work. In spite of all the flooding in our area due to Hurricane Harvey, our condo did not flood. We are higher up than houses across our subdivision street, which is why we did not flood. *Association dues are $3750 twice a year.
