The townhouse is located inside the Stoney Creek community. There is a community pool for a one time $75 fee (not included with monthly rent and non-refundable). Washer and dryer hookups (washer and dryer are not included with this property). There is a garage with a single car parking lot. Each unit also gets one parking pass to park on the street if more parking is needed. NO PETS ALLOWED. NO SMOKING (of any sort) ALLOWED inside the house. If tenants smoke, they must smoke OUTSIDE, not inside the garage. **This is a first come first serve showing. We do not hold a spot for anyone. To claim this property, you must have the security deposit ($1700) and first month's rent ($1500) in hand. Cash or checks ONLY.
