I am in need of subletting my apartment until the end of the lease on Oct 2nd. I have lived here for 3 years and have one of the nicest locations in the complex. It's an end unit backing up to a natural setting and easily accessible to my vehicle. Garages are available for an extra $80 per month fee. The location is right off exit 18 from 77 and is just 8 minutes from Uptown, 1.5 miles from 485, and only a few exits from Lake Norman. I've loved living here and my neighbors are great! I will be moving and my lease runs until October 2nd, 2015. I am looking for someone to take over my lease and then can choose to stay beyond the lease if you like.
