I really love this apartment, but I just got engaged and moved in with my fiance, so I'll need someone to take over my lease from January - mid August. No subleasing please :) This apartment is nearly 800 square feet, is spacious, has new appliances, and has a good, relaxing view from the balcony (I finally got one looking AWAY from the parking lot!). The complex has tons of amenities, including two cardio rooms, two weight rooms, a saltwater pool, and chlorine pool, areas to have cookouts, and tons more. This is a very safe area with plenty of young people and families, and the new management is awesome. I've stayed in 5 different apartment complexes in my life and this is by far my favorite. The apartment complex around us would charge the following for a 12 month lease: Woodfield Apartmetns: $1123 Brookline Apartments: $ 968 - 989 Ashton Reserve Apartments: $1130-1223 Perimeter Lofts Apartments: $1020 Since I signed a 13-month lease, my current rent is $930/month. I'll agree to pay all of January and I'll knock $30/month off to make the rent an even $900. I'll also pay the application fee ($75) and takeover fee ($200). Please message me if you're interested!
