Tenant must provide most recent landlord/address for reference verification Tenant must pass background check as part of application process Lease and Property Summary 1) Owner pays water; Tenant is responsible for electricity (bill is in owners name , copy of bill will be shared with tenant; payment due in full prior to bill due date) 2) Owner pays Internet/WiFi: Tenant pays for any additional TV/streaming services. Internet is 600/200 mbps brandwidth which is max for property location. 3) Tenant is responsible for following all HOA rules. Any violations will be assessed to tenant. (full copy to be provided) 4) This is a NO SMOKING property: violation will result in Tenant paying for cleaning/smoke remediation. 5) NO PETS!! No exception 6) Tenant is responsible for general cleaning inside condo. Cleaning serve can be provided for additional fee (cost dependent on frequency). 7) Minimum lease duration is one month 8) This is a fully furnished condo. All property MUST remain in the unit. All property is itemized; any removal of any items will be charged back to Tenant at replacement cost 9) FULL LEASE AGREEMENT WILL BE PROVIDED FOR REVEIW BY TENANT AFTER TENANT SCREENING IS COMPLETED.
