This is a large, comfortable house in excellent condition with a great yard suitable for long term renters with excellent credit. This is a non-smoking and no drug use property. Pets are not allowed except for a well-behaved dog with owner approval and additional deposit and monthly pet fee. Tenants will be responsible for all utilities. References and credit report will be required. This has just become available because of a deployment. The house is currently occupied but may be available before August 25 with agreement from current tenant. Pictures available by request. No tours available without prior owner approval.
