The day the photos were being done, I sat out at one of the Adirondack chairs in the common garden area and spoke to people coming and going. Owners were on the way to the pool with their grandchildren, women were coming out of the clubhouse after having knitting club, and others were on their way to the Halifax Basin waterfront to go for a walk on the 3km boardwalk, while others had their dogs out for some fresh, although humid air. This 7th floor 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit has a wonderful open living area with walls of windows, and a large balcony looking out to the beautiful gardens with a water fountain and outdoor heated pool. All the rooms are spacious and sunny, and the unit is neat and tidy and move in ready. The condo fee includes head, hot water, storage, underground parking and a live in Super. The common area consists of a Clubhouse with a fitness room, library, work workshop and a meeting room. This unit has underground parking, #64, in unit storage (unit 701++) and laundry room, and a separate storage locker at the parking level.
