Driveway & street parking available, laundry located in the garage. $800/month plus split utilities (split equally between you and the other 2 tenants). Landlord pays for water, garbage, pest control, and WIFI. About the current tenants (2): -The roommate in the master bed/bath is a respectful, mature male. -The second roommate (who you will share the 2nd bathroom with) is a younger woman who has 2 cats that primarily stay in her room. They do roam the shared spaces occasionally when she is home. -Both are very easygoing, clean, and respectful of shared spaces and each other. Ideally looking for a similar fit to maintain the peaceful & pleasant environment within the home. Open to one additional cat or a well-behaved dog; however, you they must be in your room when you are not home to ensure the other roommates don't accidentally let them out, etc. Please note - the shared living spaces have been furnished after these photos were taken, but the room for rent will come unfurnished. However, I have a mattress and bed frame free to use, if you'd like. Single occupancy ONLY unfortunately! You are more than welcome to view the home before applying.
