Lease Term This Lease is for a fixed term of twelve (12) months, beginning on January 1, 2026, and ending on December 31, 2026. 2. Rent and Joint & Several Liability Tenant agrees to pay monthly rent in the amount of $1,700, due on or before the 1st day of each month. Rent shall be paid via Venmo, Zelle, or another method approved in writing by Owner. Joint and Several Liability: If more than one Tenant signs this Lease, each Tenant is fully and individually responsible for the entire rent amount and all other obligations under this Lease. 3.
