Lighted bike paths very close by for that easy exercise before or after work. Decent sized yard for outdoor play with the kids. Amazing view down Eagle River valley where you can enjoy the beautiful sunrises and sunsets right from your warm living room. Sorry , absolutely no pets allowed.
