I am a young, educated professional in search of self-reliant roommates. I live in a new 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house, and I have two rooms for rent, and available. The room comes furnished with a bed and TV. I am open to a month-to-month or a long-term lease, and I just ask for a 30-day notice to be given. Please, no drugs or smoking. The rent is $600 with a $300 security deposit. This includes all the basics: electric, water, internet, and TV apps. The living areas, including the bathroom, would be shared.
