Short walk to beautiful Englewood park. Owner pays water and garbage. Tenant pays internet and electricity (lights, refrigerator, hot water) and natural gas (heat and stove). Terms can be month to month or 12 month. No smoking of anything in the house. Tenant mows lawn.
