Lake Elmo Park Reserve, five miles away, features a swimming beach. Enjoy a 20-minute drive to the Twin Cities, with easy access to nearby parks, lakes, and historic towns, making it ideal for extended business stays. *Guest Private Use and Access: Guests have exclusive private use of the upper levels of the home (3 bedrooms, two baths, and the upper deck overlooking the backyard). *Separate Private Suite: The home's lower level features a private Suite, designed to ensure complete privacy. This suite has its own entrance, meaning there is no cross-traffic. While guests will have exclusive use of the upper areas, we kindly ask that they respect that the owner retains the right to access and utilize the separate private Suite as needed. We are committed to prioritizing our guests' privacy and comfort during their stay. Please take note of the following policy regarding pets: - We allow a maximum of 1 dog. Breed and size may be restricted. The dog fee is $250, and a $350 dog cleaning fee. - Before your arrival, you will need to sign a pet addendum. * Rent includes three or fewer people, including children. Add $10.00 per night per person to exceed three people. Maximum occupancy is six people. * Published rent is for winter months. Add 30% for summer months: May, June, July, August, and September. * One-month minimum, then extend Month to Month. * The manager reserves the right to complete a credit/background check. * Absolutely no parties, events, or excessive drinking allowed. We do not rent to any group that intends to use the Vacation Home as a place for "excessive drinking" or a "party" getaway. * Quiet Time & Noise Levels: Noise that disturbs the peace and quiet of neighbors is not allowed.
