The apartment is very quiet and very clean. Each unit has a washer & dryer. Renter is responsible for PG&E, internet, and water. No smoking allowed in the apartments or on the premises. No pets are allowed. Two-year lease required. The security deposit is same as first month's rent. We ask for a 2-year lease. We do not accept pets. Smoking is not permitted on the property. We pay for garbage.
