It is just two blocks from Main St. in downtown Martinez within walking distance of restaurants, breweries, etc. There is assigned parking underneath the building; this unit has two parking stalls. Each unit has a washer and dryer. These units are very quite and very clean. Tenant is responsible for gas and electric and water usage. We do not accept pets.
