Easy walk or bike commute downtown, foothills, Hyde Park, grocery shopping, YMCA. A single occupant is preferred due to the cozy size, parking, shared wall with a neighbor. Sorry couples. The front door will be unlocked 8am-8pm, pop in and take a tour! It is a cozy little space with a private back yard. This property is owner managed. There is one neighbor to the side, nobody living above nor below. Gas heat, new floors, new paint, nice appliances, clean/simple/easy living. There is a community garden and a laudromat one block away. The space is perfect for a single occupant with plants or possibly a cat or small dog. The sketch is a rough drawing of the floor plan ( not quite to scale ) but it gives you an idea of the layout. Notes: Tenant pays Water/Gas/Power. Avg/month : $40 water, $45 Power, $35 Gas in winter. Though I love animals, they do come with risk. As a result, there are animal fees to discuss if you have pets. Cats tend to be quiet. Smallish dogs will be assessed on a per case basis. If a couple has a long history of living together in a small one bedroom and has neighbor referrals, an exception could be made and cost an additional $125/month. One person signs the lease "Three strikes and the other is out" rule applies. 15 month lease minimum. Owner pays sewer and trash, tenant pays first/last months rent and security deposit. Tenant pays gas, water and electric.
