I love the quiet private back deck (16'x21') which is great for entertaining. As well as an open concept floor plan from kitchen to living room. The granite kitchen counters are great to work on. The mature trees give me abundant apples, tart cherries and crabapples (unless you have freezing weather like this year). The raspberry bushes are great producers and the gooseberry is delicious( both best in show at the fair). The energy efficiency of this house has been important as utility bills go up. A cozy warm woodstove and radiant hot water gas heat delivers winter comfort. The kitchen and bathroom have in floor heat so your feet dont get cold. The low electric bill due to solar generation is icing on the cake. Nothing special needs to be done to keep that operating year round. The view is so relaxing and is never the same as the light dances across the valley. I've loved the neighborhood and this house.
