Neighborhood Description The area of SW 82nd Terrace where our unit is located is one of the most agreeable of all the areas in On Top Of The World. There are wonderful live oaks lining the street in front, and our unit backs onto a spectacular open treed landscaped large area that looks like a park, and is well separated from any units behind, giving much privacy and spaciousness in the rear of the house. The front view is also pleasant, and the house is set well back from the street, with a longer driveway than most. There is no thru traffic on our street, yet we are close to the gated exits, both the main and the secondary.
