Huge oak trees shade the yard and keep the house cool in the summer. A storage area is attached to the back of the 1.5 car garage with electric garage door opener. Breeze way attaches garage to house. Good well water that had a new well-point installed 5 years ago. However, city water is slated to be installed in the near future. This is a great waterfront home for a great price! I am anxious to move back to Bay County to be closer to my dad and my siblings.
