We are located in the main building corner apartment with no neighbors close by and the top floor with patio and vaulted ceilings with loft. There are 3 of us: 1 UCSD student and 2 Graduates. You will be taking over my room from January to either april or June, whichever works better for you. This apartment is located 5 mins from UCSD, with the bus stop located across the street from the building. We also have a shuttle that runs throughout the day to take residents to different areas including UCSD. Very safe area! Located right by the 805 and 5 freeway with the UTC Westfield Mall walking distance. Also located by several grocery stores such as: Vons, Ralphs, Trader Joes, Whole Foods, and Bristol Farms. Many amenities from the complex : gym, study lounge, conference room, printing area, deli, dry cleaners, deli, spa, pool/jaccuzzi, racquetball court, and more.
