Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. Please wipe shoes at the door and it is preferred that shoes are removed indoors when possible. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. The home is not baby-proofed. Guests have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and complimentary access to resort amenities such as Seven Eagles, Homestead, Carriage Pointe, Heritage Crossing, The Terraces, Liberty Bluff Playground and Dog Park, and Grand Traverse Parkway. Guests are responsible for purchasing propane for the BBQ grill if needed. A dedicated workspace provides a quiet spot to catch up on tasks if needed.
