We did a mini update prior to the summer rental season. Our cozy home is located off of Middle Sound Loop short walking distance to Page's Creek Nature Reserve for walks and kayaking. 5 minutes drive to Mayfair Shopping, restaurants and Movie Theatre, 15 minutes drive to Wrightsville Beach. We use this house as an Airbnb from May to mid-September and a long term rental in between. Our property is on a quiet dead end street full of families. The house has no visible neighbors to the rear of the property so you can enjoy the pool and backyard oasis just hearing the sound of nature. We are 5 minutes from a Publix grocery store, 10 minutes from Mayfair with great shops/restaurants/movie theater and 15 minutes from Wrightsville Beach. There is a nature reserve with Kayak launch onto Pages Creek within walking distance from the house. All the necessary standard appliances including fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer and dryer. 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The master has a soaking tub and separate shower with double vanity. King size bed and decent sized walk in closet. Upstairs you will find bedrooms one with a queen with extra twin in window nook and the second bedroom has two twins with an extra twin in window nook. Dining Room has a new dining set and bar stools in front of island across from it in the kitchen. Living room with TV and fire place. Large den/sun room with TV. The backyard has a large out door pool, grill, deck and out door seating. We are looking for a 6 to 7.5 month rental with utilities included. Pets are allowed at an additional non-refundable security deposit. Deposit is one month of rent that cannot be used for the final month's rent. The house operates during the summer as an Airbnb so the house comes fully furnished and utilities included.
