There is a circular drive that goes down to about 35+ yards of the river. There is a covered patio with 3 newly renovated park benches, night lighting and a BBQ grill right on the river bank. LOTS of deer frequent my property and some sleep under my pecan trees while others jump and slide up the trunks of the trees to reach and eat my pecans. This part of the Concho River restricts boat motors to noncombustible engines, thus there is little noise from people that enjoy its waters. The Concho Valley Transit buses have several stops closely around my property. Smoking is not allowed! Pets are allowed. My lease is month to month but a $75.00 discount will apply for annual leases. Renters will be required to keep their spaces clean and organized. There is no covered parking, but there is a lot of room for a lot of outdoor storage.. There is some covered storage however it is community storage. (There are locks on the community storage). Rent is due on the first of the month. The security deposit may not be used as a rent payment. You will be required to sign a Texas rental lease agreement. Renters Property Insurance is a must!
